About Mountaintop Healthcare
Mountaintop Healthcare is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization formed to fill in gaps in healthcare in Western North Carolina. Dr. Don Teater initiated the formation of this unique clinic model and opened for patient care in January 2008. Mountaintop Healthcare has a contractual relationship with another nonprofit, the Good Samaritan Clinic, to provide primary care to uninsured and Medicaid patients as well as other services in our community.
